His career began in the banking sector as an employee of First Bank Nigeria Plc, and he has subsequently been Recruitment Manager at Nigeria Breweries Plc. He was at a point a Human Resource advisor to Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.
Mr Dedeke is a Human Resource Business Partner at People and People Advisory Partners Limited for over 7 years. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Accounting and a Masters Degree in Personnel Psychology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom.
